Luggage storage instructions before check-in or after check-out 行李寄存說明(入住前或退房後)

Please enter from our building’s front gate, go straight to the back door lobby, take any of the 3 elevators up to 15th floor, to find our office, the Room # 38 in the right corner. Open the 1st unlocked glass door, and enter the key code “654321 and＊” at the key pad on the second door.

Please put your luggages on the racks, or in front our counter if the racks are full.

⚠️ Don’t forget to take a photo of your luggages and send to us by WhatsApp, Line or Messenger, then we can know which are your belongings and move them to your apartment.

Note: Please must bring all valuables with yourself. We're not responsible for anything lost.

⚠️ over night Luggage storage will charge one 100TWD for 1 night per piece.

🕚建議您從大樓前門右側進入後，直走到底就是後門大廳，搭任何一台電梯上到15樓，我們辦公室38室位於右手邊角落，第一道玻璃門沒有上鎖，請在第二道門上的電子鎖面板上輸入密碼“654321 及＊”，您可以將行李放置於行李架上，並拍下您的行李照片發送給我們。

進門後，將您的行李放在行李架，如果沒有位置，您也可以放置於櫃檯前。

⚠️ 不要忘記將行李拍照並將照片透過您的社群軟體WhatsApp, Line or Messenger等發送给我們。

❗❗❗ 貴重物品請隨身攜帶，如有任何物品遺失，本店恕不負責！

⚠️ 超過一晚以上的行李寄存，將會收取一件行李一晚100元台幣的費用。

Building exterior大樓外觀

Taking the elevator on the left side of Z2 exit will lead you directly to the front of the Shin Kong Life Tower, and if you look to your left, you will be able to see our building.

從Z2出口左側的電梯上來，會在新光人壽大樓正前方，往左看就可以看到我們大樓了。
