Our property operates as a self-service bnb, with no lobby nor front desk. The check-in process is different from that of traditional hotels.
On your check-in day, once your apartment is ready, we will send you the room number and digital door lock code via the social media app you selected (you can quickly friend us by clicking the floating button below).
After that, you may check in at any time you like. If you have any questions, we are always available online to assist you.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
From Taoyuan Airport
Take the Airport MRT Express to Taipei Station (A1). You can reach us by walking through the underground mall( check the map beside).
For Late night arrival, Take 24hr bus 1819 to Taipei Main Station, then walk across Zhongxiao West Road to our building.
From Songshan Airport
Take the Taipei MRT Brown Line and transfer to the Blue Line to Taipei Station, then walk to our location.
From Other Cities
Take the High-Speed Rail, Taiwan Railways, or long-distance buses to Taipei Station, then walk through the underground mall to reach us.

Please enter through the main front gate, then take the right passage straight to the back lobby. Take any elevator to reach the 15th floor. After exiting the elevator, turn right, and our office, Room # 38, is in the corner.

Digital Door Lock
Please enter pin number “1 2 3 4” for the first glass door.
If the 2nd door is locked, please touch the key pad on the door, when the digits light on, slowly press 1 2 3 4 5 6 with “＊”, then open the door to enter.。

Wrong entries over 3 times will disable the lock for 1~3 min. (the key pad’s number will bling white light.) Sometime you need to pull the door toward your body to make sure the door is properly locked before your key code entr

LUGGAGE STORAGE NOTE
You may store your luggages in our office before check in or after check out.
Please place your luggages in the luggage racks, at the front desk, or any other location.
And take photos to send to us via the lower luagges deposit form.
If you’re the check in guests, we will move the luggages to your room later.
Please make sure to keep your valuables with you. Urban Abode Apartment is not responsible for any lost items!
For overnight luggage storage, the fee is NT$100 per item.

HOUSE RULES
Sofa Bed: Please use with care. Bedding set up with pillows , sheet and duvets costs NT$600 per time. Advance notice required.
Security: 24-hour surveillance are in the public hallways. No overnight visitors. Extra guests will be charged NT$600 per person.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A NT$5,000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected.
Damage & Compensation: Do not wash towels or bedding with personal laundry. Damaged furniture or linens must be compensated at market price. If it affects future bookings, business loss will be charged.
Amenities Provided: Body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and one set of towels per guest.
Not Provided: No daily bottled water, disposable items, nor daily house keeping. Additional towels or cleaning service available for a fee.
Drinking Water: Refill at Room 38, 15F (1st glass door key code: 1234; 2nd door key code: 123456✽).
Power Usage: Bedside extension cords are for mobile phones or laptops only. Do not use with hairdryers, curlers, or heaters.
Hot Water Use: Allow 15–20 minutes between showers to ensure hot water supply.
Laundry Machine: The washer’s door unlocks 1–2 hours after use. Avoid using during late night or checkout morning. Forced opening the door incurs NT$1,500 repair fee.
Garbage Disposal: Trash recycle bins located in stairwells (see green recycling marks on floor map). Please dispose of food waste daily.
Fire Door: Exit Fire doors auto-lock. If locked out, go to 1F and return via elevator.
