Public TRANSPORTATION

From Taoyuan Airport

Take the Airport MRT Express to Taipei Station (A1). You can reach us by walking through the underground mall( check the map beside).

For Late night arrival, Take 24hr bus 1819 to Taipei Main Station, then walk across Zhongxiao West Road to our building.

From Songshan Airport

Take the Taipei MRT Brown Line and transfer to the Blue Line to Taipei Station, then walk to our location.

From Other Cities

Take the High-Speed Rail, Taiwan Railways, or long-distance buses to Taipei Station, then walk through the underground mall to reach us.

Digital Door Lock

Please check your 6 digit key code in the previous text message.

The first glass door is unlocked.
Touch the key pad on the second door,
when the digits light on,
slowly press your 6 digit code with “＊”, then open the door to enter.。

＊＊Note＊＊

Wrong entries over 3 times will disable the lock for 1~3 min. (the key pad’s number will bling white light.)

Sometime you need to pull the door toward your body to make sure the door is properly locked before your key code entry.

If the door lock alarm ring caused by the improper door close, just take 1 battery out of the batteries case (door lock body).

If the security switch turn to the ORANGE color, it will disable all key code entry. Be sure to switch back before you go out, otherwise the door won’t be locked.

The smart TV connects to the same WiFi. Just power up and choose the app such as Netflix or Youtube for your viewing.

Please note we don’t offer local cable TV channels, but you may see some local channels with the 4GTV app.

stay reminders

  1. 24-hr surveillance cameras outside your apartment in the public area for your security. Extra guests incur a fee of 600TWD per person.
  2. No Smoking & Messiness! A extra cleaning fee of 5,000 TWD will be applied if the room is found to be in disarray or has a smoke odor.
    If there’s damage of towels, bedding, furniture or any other amenities,     the responsible guests must compensate our business lost.
  3. 1 set of tooth brush & paste, body & face towel will be provided; extra sets will cost available for 100 TWD/set.
  4. For ECO and our Mother Earth’s sake, we do not provide disposable amenities, and don’t offer free daily housekeeping services for stays less than 4 nights.
  5. Guests may refill bottles of water in our office (room 38 Floor 15, key code 654321＊)
  6. The bedside power extension cords are only for mobile phone or laptop.  Must not use with other electrical appliances.
  7. It takes 20-30 min for hot water making between each shower.
  8. The washer/ dryer combo has some noise while operating and will only unlock its lid after cooling down (1 to 2 hours).  Avoid using it in the morning on your checkout day  to prevent delays.  Forcefully opening the lid will cause damage and result in a repair fee of 1,500 TWD.

  9. Please refer to the recycle marks on the floor plan for the garbage rooms. In this older building, garbage odors can easily attract pests outside. Kindly dispose of your garbage every day.
    Please be aware of the automatic locking exit door of the garbage room. If it locks, remain calm and walk down to the 1st floor to exit.
