Public TRANSPORTATION

From Taoyuan Airport

Take the Airport MRT Express to Taipei Station (A1). You can reach us by walking through the underground mall( check the map beside).

For Late night arrival, Take 24hr bus 1819 to Taipei Main Station, then walk across Zhongxiao West Road to our building.

From Songshan Airport

Take the Taipei MRT Brown Line and transfer to the Blue Line to Taipei Station, then walk to our location.

From Other Cities

Take the High-Speed Rail, Taiwan Railways, or long-distance buses to Taipei Station, then walk through the underground mall to reach us.

Digital Door Lock

Please check your 6 digit key code in the previous text message.

Touch the key pad on the white door,
when the digits light on,
slowly press your 6 digit code with “＊”, then open the door to enter.

For your safety, we set up a unique key code for each group of guests.

~~~Note~~~

Wrong entries over 3 times will disable the lock for 1~3 min. (the key pad’s number will bling white light.)

Sometime you need to pull the door toward your body to make sure the door is properly locked before your key code entry.

If the door lock alarm ring caused by the improper door close, just take 1 battery out of the batteries case (door lock body).

If the security switch turn to the ORANGE color, it will disable all key code entry. Be sure to switch back before you go out, otherwise the door won’t be locked.

The smart TV connects to the same WiFi. Just power up and choose the app such as Netflix or Youtube for your viewing.

Please note we don’t offer local cable TV channels, but you may see some local channels with the 4GTV app.

Public areas outside the apartment are monitored 24/7 by security cameras for your safety. No overnight guests are allowed. An extra fee of TWD 600 per person applies if the number of occupants exceeds the reservation.
No smoking indoors. A cleaning fee of TWD 5,000 will be charged if smoke is detected. Damaged bedding, towels, or furniture must be compensated at market value. If the damage makes the space unusable, compensation for lost revenue is required.
We only provide body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and one set of large and small towels per guest.
To protect the environment, we do not provide daily bottled water, disposable slippers, or daily housekeeping. For extra towels, linens, amenity refills, or cleaning services, please contact us for pricing.
If you finish the bottled water, you can refill drinking water at our office on the 15th floor, Room 38 (the 1st glass door is unlocked; key code: 123456 with ✽).
The power extension beside the bed is for low-power devices like laptops and phones only. Hair dryers, curling irons, and heaters are strictly prohibited!
If multiple people take showers in a row, please wait 15–20 minutes between showers to allow the water heater to recover.
Do not wash our towels or linens together with your clothes. The washer-dryer is noisy and will lock automatically after drying for 1–3 hours. Do not use it late at night or on the morning of check-out. Forcing it open will break it and result in a TWD 1,500 repair fee.
The trash room is located in two stairwells on this floor. Please refer to the green recycling icons on the floor map. To prevent pests like ants and cockroaches, dispose of food waste daily. Fire doors in stairwells auto-lock. If locked out, stay calm, go down to the first floor, and take the elevator back up.
